Otay Mesa CC and the California Center for Int. Trade and Development is putting on the seminar:
"Mexican Immigration, New Enforcement Regulations for Foreigners Entering Mexico".
The Baja head of INAMI, Rodulfo Figueroa, is presenting it.

I am sure it will deal more toward the business side and not the expat side, but still worth it.
If anything it is a good chance to meet and listen to the head of Immigration for Baja.
I went to a similar one last year, and found it pretty informative.
