Is Mexico now allowing light sport aircraft to fly into the country?

Considered bringing a ultra light (Trike) down and flying from the beach in Pescadero. Uncle Tom would have objected even though he wouldn't be
in my flight path. I was told I would need permission to fly in MX airspace from the Jefe at the La Paz airport.
I know one gringo (now national) who flaunts the rules taking off and landing on the Pedrito beach.

Last I heard MX was not allowing ingress in light sport category AC.

Does mx allow BASE jumping and flying squirrel suits? Hang gliders?i see parasailing with lawn mower fans occasionally, so seems like ultralights
would be ok
