I did a couple of maps showing access to the Baja 1000 race course on the pacific ocean side from Hwy 1 KM133 to Hwy 1 KM270.
It should be noted that the SCORE race course runs down the main road from Hwy 1 @ KM169 toward the ocean but then turns east and joins the old road
south of the San Telmo onyx mine. This road has not been used since 1985. They probably would have used the entire road except after the onyx mine the
road up the hill is in pretty bad shape from what I saw a few years ago.
Paper map, race course in red, access in green.

You've gone and done it now Tom....TMW - 11-1-2015 at 08:03 AM
Hay, I didn't show any surf spots.dtbushpilot - 11-1-2015 at 08:05 AM
I will be helping my son's race team at the 1000, I hope I don't need this map. I'd rather go somewhere with pavement woody with a view - 11-1-2015 at 08:09 AM
It don't reallly matter anymore. Wildcoast has put up signs at every access road. let's just hope that the users of this info respect the land and
tread lighter than the trophy trucks......
and if they bring more than 2 guys per truck and post up named pictures and GPS data may the fleas of a thousand coyotes infest their armpits!TMW - 11-1-2015 at 08:10 AM
Look at the bottom of the GE image where it says RM430 and to the left is SF. That is my favorite surf fishing spot. TMW - 11-1-2015 at 08:11 AM
I hope Chad and his team have a good and safe ride. A win would be good too.liknbaja127 - 11-1-2015 at 08:12 AM
Looks like he moved it out of all the silt roads, Was a dusty mess 2
years ago in that section! TMW - 11-1-2015 at 08:14 AM
Yes he bypassed a lot but from RM420-RM440 still has a lot of silt beds.dtbushpilot - 11-1-2015 at 08:30 AM
