Surf Fish, Pta Rafael and pics of Yellowtail Farm, Rosalita

Just got back from 6 days trip about 430 miles South to Pta Rafael, the surf camp just north of Rosalita

Great Spotfin fishing on light tackle. Miles of trails to roam on the Polaris'

Hear two things:
Yes, there is a Sardine factory in the works at Rosalita

Second, the work on the Chilean Yellowtail fish farm is continuing...

See the pics. Huge holding ponds being dug, but as you can see the water table is inundating the holding ponds.

Did not see at that time (no one was working) if there were using pumps to keep water out while digging

Big money being used to dig them all out. About 4 football sized pools at this time
