Top Chef in San Felipe is akin to the man with one eye in the valley of the blind is king.

other than a visit 20 years ago san felipe's got nothing to do with this story?

A couple weeks ago I went to the Baja Beer Craft event at the Mingei Museum in San Diego's Balboa Park. There were 11 different craft breweries pouring beer and Chad White provided the food. It was good and I went home that night and told the wife. We planned on going to his restaurant and that week he announced he was closing. Was looking forward to it. Oh well.

The beer was excellent! Lost of good IPA's being brewed south of the border. Now we are planning a cerveza tour.

When I was young, I admired Beaver Cleever. Now that I am old, I admire Mrs. Cleever

IPAs south of the border? Do tell!

Baja Brewing Co in Cabo makes a decent one in its "Peyote Pale Ale", but why settle for just one?
