Can someone with the Federal Maritime Zone concession charge for camping? Or prohibit camping in the Federal Zone? I`m specifically talking about San
Juanico where camping is charged for at second point and further on there are signs prohibiting camping in front of fancy gringo houses.micah202 - 2-1-2016 at 09:38 PM
.
....kinda reminds me of where I had my van stolen when I visited someone ay Playa TJ. He didn't pay the ~$10 a month to the security guys,,so they
stole the first good thing that came along.
...why not just pay the bux(pesos)?.... the folks'll be friendly as ever,,and give you some good security if you go off boating or hiking. <;-/

Ah Mexico .... the Federal Zone is 20 meters from high tide, per an official survey, you can acquire a concession for the federal zone which limits
the use of that area, per the concession. The concession may be an environmental concession or a commercial concession --- or many things in
between.
just camp on the beach if a few dollars are going to bankrupt you.
Edit: when Sean Collins' buddies get their way and build condos along the bluff you won't be able to access the beach anymore. think security
guards.....
