My original post was asking if anyone was travelling south that could bring a box to Pennys Grandpas.
On further inspection, it became clear the items are better suited for Blanca ..
I had an emergency come up while attempting to edit the post.
So if anyone is travelling south from north of the border and is willing or able to bring a box of gentle worn mens clothes and sneakers would appreciate the contact and coordination.

Also received msg from someone who will be travelling to Asuncion later this week and has graciously offered to bring package .. Need coordination please Blanca! Please see your biz (gmail) email

Sorry for the weird editing - had a biz emergency in the middle of typing original edit - everything works out, but not always the way we wish it would.

It's all in good fun!
Remember, you can simply click Edit and fix typos, spellings, remove extra "Edited by" tags, and so on.

You can't make the thread (with other's replies) vanish once others have replied, but you can still delete or edit (as you did) what is in the first post, or the title.

the biz email is Les's and he says he did not get anything?? This is an excellent way to communicate because I check nomads at least 2 times a day.

The emails were sent to BajaBlanca"AT"gmail .. as listed on your website ..
I also cc'd u at same addy when email arrangements were made with the person travelling to Asuncion ..
My words were and are truth - what you do with the children admirable - a person like yourself can make the impression to impact a young persons life in such a positive way... and lets face it, the children of today are the leaders of tomorrow!

but we chatted and I am glad you called!

I am really trying VERY hard to make a real difference with what I say and show the kids. My biggest impact is teaching them English - we have hundreds of kids who will one day remember ' TEACH" as they call me!

Rossman kindly bought me a bat for a little one who is not my student yet as he is in primary school. His name is RAMSES and apparently he is a very disturbed child and the family has a hard time controlling him. He is every so gentle when he comes over and we have heart to heart talks. His sister told me today that he makes his elementary school teacher cry....I have my work cut out for me.

The drive was great and the package is safely in Asuncion. Looking for a nice weather window to make the delivery to Blanca and combine it with a couple days of camping and fishing. Possibly this next weekend.
