Chorizo at bof LA markets

Sort of got into chorizo scrambles with veggies on my last pacific side trip. I picked up some good stuff in Viscaino, but wouldn't remember the brand to save my life. Easy to throw together with heated tortillas. Looking for the best mercado in Bof LA that might carry a mild to mid spiced leaner brand. Any suggestions? I'll be on my way to San Fransisquito for a week.

Chorizo reccomendation

Never read the list of ingredients! I did once, and decided to stick to chilequiles (sp?) con hueveos frito for my Baja breafasts. A side of frijoles and some fresh squeezed juice makes it complete!

Just hit each mercado on your way through town. Enriques usually has some as does Islas and for sure Xitlali. Be sure to get some machaca also for your eggs.

Right.AK... nobody should visit a sausage factory. . I use it sparingly as a flavor enhancer so's I can feel like I'm doing native (guess I am) Machaca will be consumed more liberally. Larry, I will stop at Xitlali first. Gracias

All things considered, I think I would rather have Chorizo over Haggis.

I remember a Scottish eatery in a town I used to live in. Didn't last long.
