Poco Cielo south of Puerto Nuevo, just north of La Fonda, is my favorite.

Terry (bajaguy) you named all my favorites in the area... ya can't miss with Ollies, and try the BBQ place just north of L.G , other side of the
road next to the storage rental place.....nice....willardguy - 3-14-2016 at 06:34 PM
....could have swore someone said OCEAN VIEW near las gaviotas!soylent_green - 3-15-2016 at 11:03 AM
There's also Baja Calypso on the free highway across from the giant Christ statue. It's the orange building, but no obviious sign. It has an
outdoor terrace on the bluff overlooking the ocean. It's not too far south of Calafia. Great for breakfast.
There's also Ruben's, further south at the Cantamar exit from the toll road. They recently moved into a renovated building next door to where they
used to be. BornFisher - 3-15-2016 at 11:55 AM

Just have to chuckle a bit. I suppose that those folks living in BC want to enjoy food that is not Mexican. But most, if not all of the restaurants
posted on here do not serve Mexican faire. So, day trippers, or weekenders headed South probably are doing so to eat Mexican food, instead of the
steaks, wings and barbecue they could find NOB. Just saying.BajaTed - 3-16-2016 at 05:46 PM
I really like the baja style oysters rockafeller at Poco Cielo
At Bajamar you get Ceasar salad prepared table side old school style
BTW the show for Mexican Coffee prerperation is even betterBornFisher - 3-16-2016 at 06:37 PM
So... which is the place with he pulled pork tacos? And where?
Thanks.
Hey Ted-- It`s south of Roasrito Beach about 10 miles. If you know the area, it is north of Gaviotas, and basically across the street from Ollie`s (on
the east side of free road). You have to access it going north. Look for the sign that says "Big Sale".
First time I went there I saw the sign too late so went past until I could turn around. Then back to Gaviotas to turn back north. A little tricky to
enter. Look for a white "food wagon", that`s it.
I think it is $2 for a taco. Ask what is ready, order, kick back, pet the horses, go to the very interesting store (African baskets and antiques), and
enjoy pulled pork tacos with coleslaw on top. Chicken and beef are great also!!
