Strange sight

Just saw this Chevy pickup with strange dualees. Is there any advantage to this set up for off roading?

It's probably $500K less than the Mercedes AMG G65 6x6:

You sure it's a chevy. The front end looks more like a Dodge. I would think turning would be a problem.

It has rear steering...not unusual......

It's a Dodge and to answer your question, no.

When I blew the picture up using Ctrl and + it does look like the tailgate does say D-O-D-G-E. With two rear axeles i guess only the forward one would be powered and the aft one just a straight axel (maybe with steering?) Is that right?

on twin axle conversions, usually both are powered

The motorhead that owns it is blessed with Testicular Enlargement; needs that bad beast just to haul 'em around. See it all the time on the streets in different tricked-out forms. *insert Tim Allen grunt HERE*
