On April 5
Tried to go into Mexico at Otay Mesa in 40' motorhome.
Was told I could not go through at Otay in a motorhome.
they turned me around and sent me to San Ysidro to go through Xray machine for entry into Mexico
Had to cross back into US through secondary.

I made the mistake of crossing my 35 ft m/h at Otay last October. They didn't turn me around but I had to squeeze through a very tight crossing.
I'll much rather cross at SY in the future.

Thanks for the info, we have crossed with our M/H at Tecate and SY. Will not try Otay.

You will be able to do it in about 8 weeks, when their new terminal is finished.
