Carnival Week(2/4-2/8) See schedule here. The largest celebrations take place in port cities such as Ensenada. Most extravagant of all is Mazatlan which will attract 300,000 people to what is considered Mexico's Mardi Gras. San Felipe will enjoy carnival rides and street dancing, live music on the malecon, sporting events on the beach. Venders and taco stands will thrive and elaborate floats will participate in the daily parade.
