Crossing the border tomorrow at 4 am but not sure about the office hours for
FMM. I thought it was open 24 hours but one of David post said 6am???
Heading to Mulege can I get it online and have it stamped somewhere along the way? Really wanted to get an early start. Thanks

Theoretically they are there at Migra 24 hours.

Which border crossing?

Which Border???
Yes, they must provide you with an FMM anytime the border is open. If nobody is at the INM desk, you might need to look around for him/her.
The INM officer can accept your payment (if you need more than the free 7 day one).

My pleasure, but keep in mind... each trip can find different rules! It is Mexico, so expect it to be different, and be surprised if it is actually
the way you read it on Nomad!
Just go with the flow... no hurry, no worry!

Someone has been at the office at San Ysidro every time I've gone there the last year, often between midnight and 2 a.m.
I don't think they close.

And the Immigration officer will be able to accept your payment, even if the adjacent banks are closed. unlike days of yore.
