Last weekend I got to visit the Sonoma Raceway to watch some NASCAR racing. I've been into desert racing my whole life, and frankly, pavement gives me
the gag reflex. That said, it was an amazing venue and an exciting race - especially the last half of the last lap. Here's a clump of photos that I
snapped:
Saw a "Lucky" advertising sign..........didn't know they were still around. Thanks man.BigBearRider - 7-1-2016 at 01:37 PM
I don't watch NASCAR wrestling, but I am glad you liked the track.
One of my fondest kart racing memories is from the Sonoma kart track.Bajaboy - 7-1-2016 at 04:38 PM
My good friend, Nico Rondet, is the head instructor at Sears Raceway. We were up there in April got an up close tour of the track. We also go to
enjoy the Ferrari race. Both of my kids got to sit in some of the race cars. Nice place!StuckSucks - 7-1-2016 at 04:47 PM
