Corvina in San Diego

viabaja - 7-2-2016 at 05:12 PM

Anyone know any fish markets in San Diego that carry corvina from the upper Sea of Cortez? Gracias

Hi Chris,
I have never seen corvina (or the unrelated but similar name corbina, croaker, etc.) in U.S. fish markets. I think there is some separation between sport fish species and commercial fish? I could be wrong and would like to know where these are sold, however!
