Just curious how far along the bridge construction is between Puertocitos and Highway 1.
Last trip in January, it was 25km of bladed dirt.

No new pavement added to the trip since January 2015. Was over the road last Sunday, July 10, 2016. Measured 22.5 miles of dirt driving.

Thanks, David for the updated info on Highway 5.. I should be coming down that way around Sep 15th this year, so hopefully no serious rain during that
time. Will be driving the motorhome back down to Loreto via Yuma, San Felipe and down the Gonzaga Highway 5..Hopefully...

I still don't recommend motorhomes over it... it is very rough just south of Coco's Corner, still. But, if you can drive 5-10 mph for 22.5 miles, then
you will get through, I hope!
