Wonder why someone in China haven't started farm raising Totoaba for the market. I do believe that Mexico had or has a program that was reintroducing Totoaba fry that were hatched in a control program / and RELEASED and had the population back up to a point that they were going to allow recreational fishing limits (1) ?
