Does anyone know if there is a 24 hour farmacia de similares in Ensenada? I'll be passing through early Sunday morning and would like to pick some
things up.

Rosarito would probably have some 24 hr drug stores as well....if you happen to be coming through there.

The ones around Primera are not 24 hours. But, check Reforma. I think there may be something there.

if you choose to stop in rosarito....Gusher is a wonderful pharmacy open 24 hours, benito juarez next to the large express tire store
