I switched to the prepay plan and my phone did not work in Mexico at all. I confirmed with Verizon before I changed to that plan that it would work
and they said yes.
It didn't. Could not call or receive.
I went back to Verizon and they said it would not work because I didn't have an account that they could bill usage to.
Check carefully.
