The wrong tip phenomenum

If you need a Phillips screwdriver, you will find three or four straight tips first.

The reverse is true if you actually need the straight blade.

If you have a set with interchangeable tips, the one you need will be missing.

Flat screw heads should be outlawed! Who was Mr Phillips and who the hell is Mr Torx? I'd like to shake their hands!

Henry F. Phillips was from the Pacific Northwest. He originally had a great deal of difficulty trying to sell his product to tool manufacturers, so he started his own company.
