I'm thinking "not Punta Chivato camp beach". The beach south of our estuary and accessed from the highway is almost a virgin beach. Flat beach and shallow water. At the south end there is a rocky cliff. There is a ranch a ways back from the beach that is very much invisible and in recent years a Mexican family has moved in near the entrance to the beach from the hwy. From reports over the years it is a safe area but there have been enough reports that I don't recommend leaving your camp unattended, even for a short walk. My thought is the guy on the beach is okay but the ranch folks may be the ones raiding unattended camps.
