As I recall there are no train tracks to contend with in that area during a fire but if there were the CPVFD should receive instruction on how to

Newport is correct. He had his own reserved stool at Blackies.
I still have questions about ownership of CowPatty's. Just something working in the back of my mind. Makes no difference really.
