The Bishop stuff was Coyote Flats Rd.

The rodeo was north Baja, just south of Rosarito Beach.
Whoever can name the mystery guy in the hoodie gets a beer!!

He was a crook, he lived off of check fraud and credit card fraud. There are likely other crimes we don't know about, we just know about the ones he was convicted of.

Dora didn't die for anyone's sins. He was simply a sinner, a felon on parole, a grifter, an old man that died of natural causes.
