Anyone use this to wire transfer money to Mexican bank account? I have a US dollar account and am getting so tired of paying huge fees. Any advice

Used Xoom many times over the past couple years. Super fast and easy. Typically transfers complete in 20 mins or less if the sending and receiving
institutions are open at the time of the transfer. Allows you to track status (or have notifications emailed/texted to you) at ever step of the

My Mexican bank told me write your U.S. check your money will be in your account in two weeks no fees. I got hit with a 30 dollar fee and Mexican tax
fee. Then the waiting in line for two hours. No more Mexican banks for me.
