Am wondering if someone might know someplace in La Paz that would sell Pickling Spice?
Want to try making Pickled Fish.

Mula,
We found that the cellophane packages with mixed spices hold pretty much the same ones you find in the US variety.
We've been using those for canning and in brines used for making ham.
