Hombe, I crossed at Mexicali west the Sunday before Thanksgiving, in the early afternoon. My total time spent at the border, including getting my
FMM, was about 15 minutes!
Your experience may vary! I just like to avoid the entire mass of humanity driving through SoCal TJ and Ensenada!
Edit; I don't have a clue about the AZ crossing you asked about, so I guess this is a hijack!

thanks AK, I am specifically asking about Naco since I will be so close. Then have to shoot directly north to Oregon non stop.A month later I'll be
bombing thru OR and CA to hook up for the Baja trip. My companions in O.C. already got their cards bought and stamped for our last trip in April
(mines expired) Maybe someone knows a # to call for an official answer?
