Abreojos Property Values

joel - 1-6-2017 at 04:33 PM

I own a couple of parcels on the beach in Abreojos (on the town side of Burgers) that I bought about ten years ago. Can anyone share with me what values might be now?

Whatever you can get someone to pay. Not one peso more!

Comparative market value. Ask around.

Its been a couple of years. I'll ask around. I know of some in town that are 5-7k ( a couple at 15k and every one laughs) ...some in La Beliza that are around 30k....but not selling.

And with the weak peso/strong dollar, even selling at what you paid for it will generate huge capital gains! Assuming the peso/dollar rate returns to "normal" levels, it's a good time to buy, if only because there are substantial tax savings on any gains in the future.

Returns to normal? You are dreaming Joel.
