When was the last place that sold that you know of?
Its been a couple of years. I'll ask around. I know of some in town that are 5-7k ( a couple at 15k and every one laughs) ...some in La Beliza
that are around 30k....but not selling.

And with the weak peso/strong dollar, even selling at what you paid for it will generate huge capital gains! Assuming the peso/dollar rate returns to
