Info on Federal Zone concession

A neighbor is applying for the federal zone concession on his beachfront property and wants to build a road down the bluff so he can launch his boat. Is this allowed? If not, who would be the enforcement agency? It will be an erosion nightmare. I believe he is only applying for the cheapest 'environmental' concession. Gracias.

i think it really depends on where you are and the enforcement in that location. In our neighborhood we had a close person build his home right into the accesso and then put his driveway in the accesso so nobody can access the beach...and leaves cars there when he is there or not completly blocking all. Needless to say he is not everybodys best buddie. Nothing ever enforced even with multiple complaints.

Where are you located? It makes a big difference and you may get more responses. Plus there are multiple gov't agencies that either will enforce or not depending on who you know and morditias.
