We have a shop in Cantu, Punta Banda (Ensenada) area. I brought my own materials (Sunbrella fabric, UV stabilized foam, marine grade thread and
zippers) he did the labor. very reasonable prices. he also did a recover of truck seat covers and plastic rear window on my vehicle.
There are many others but this recommendation is from personal experience
