do you want a block built or prefabricated plastic

dtbushpilot - 5-8-2017 at 07:21 PM

If you are beachfront you will need a sewage treatment system not a simple septic tank.

These are good systems, MightyMac is good too.

I was going to use block.

Any builder can do it with block, it is the septic construction standard for the region. These guys are good and speak English as a first language.

These guys are good too, talk to Cesar, he speaks good English.

It is better to go with a reputable builder, the few bucks you may save by going with someone who "can lay block" vs someone who understands how a septic system works will soon be forgotten when your stuff starts backing up. There are permit considerations too, yes, even in MX.

Does your builder know the difference between a septic system and a cesspool?
Find out before he takes his shovel out of the truck.

C&G is the best building contractor in the neighborhood IMHO. Can't go wrong there if they can get to it, I know they are busy.

Humberto 0115216241592534 or 011526241592534 reasonably priced. he is building my home a local contractor smaller with a family whom I met uses relatives and family in his projects. he put in a three stage block septic for the house in about a week it was 12 foot deep coated inside level and has a pump out 6" in case any future problem may occur. I think it was around 40000 pesos complete. i'd have to look up the receipt to be sure.

If you are in Los Barriles, you will not be allowed to put in a simple septic tank, it must be an approved septic treatment system as noted above. Of course this assumes you are doing it legally.

The added benefit of a system is you recycle all of your household water (black and grey) into usable irrigation water for your plants. Our Mighty Mac system is great.

Does Humberto have a email? I have talked to many local contractors about my build. I would love to talk to him or can you message me about your build, small or large I'm trying to get pricing.
