San Felipe 1971. Brothers, friends Mexican Buddies and parents buying fish off the truck. Then again 2004 with friends..Clam Man's place and the
Tampico. Memories make me smile.

I think it is always interesting to look at pictures from the past and compare to newer ones. Sometimes it's better sometimes not so good depending on
ones experience at the time.

I remember seeing Clam Man's sign maybe '89. Another one of
San Felipe patriarchs, saw him at George's at breakfast
a few times, very sincere honorable guy, was Captain

The Clam man would walk the beach selling clams out of a Gunny Sack. In broken English he would say, "when they're popped they're done" Sure enough,
Put the clams on the grill and they popped open and we ate them with hot sauce...Better memories..
