Remove the: watch?
Change the: =
To a: /
Add a front tag: [flash=640x480 ] (but no space after 480).
Add a back tag: [/flash ] (again, no space before the ] ).
Doug made another way to show the video, as well.
How it looks: [flash=640x480 ]the link modified[/flash ] but no spaces.
