Things change somewhat in the Cabo Pulmo area. You can't go wrong with just showing up. The most time it will cost is 1/2 hour.

Keep posting here as there is at least one local who would have a recomendation. Rentals there I remember had contact list for activities. Remember,
Cabo Pulmo has protected waters for the Coral reefs. Lots of people have camped and launched tin boats to fish Frailes. South of CP. Just North in
La Ribera there are panga rentals, also. Not revealing any secrets, ja, ja! Tio
