Mindy, Dr. Oliver Chung has a very good reputation here in La Paz, I don't know what the availability is further south.

The only one I've heard of is Dr. Chung in La Paz. I've stopped at his office but wasn't able to meet him. I've heard good things about him. As you
know I hang in the La Paz/La Ventana area so not sure about the Cape and Cabo.
