Gawd, that was an interesting drama for a good while.
It was an especially good sounding board for the values and creeds of the Nomad community. It ranged from "leave 'em alone" to "how dare they do
that". Were the wife and kids being held against their will? Or was it an overly possessive, Baja-phobic family back home that cooked the whole thing
up?
Is the boat still there? Did they move on; to disappear into the Nomad annals along with our other much-beloved characters like Gotta Peso, Skeet and
even Pompano?
I always get sentimental at the holidays.............

Would make a good Lifetime movie.

No but if you go to google earth they have/had a shot of him standing on his shrine while the camera went past. Can only imagine what he was thinking.
