Hi,
I just got my notice of conditionally approval for SENTRI, but on the interview checklist, it says I need to bring court papers and final disposition.
The thing is, my misdemeanor DUI was back in 2006 ( 11+ years ago ), and after trying to lookup my case # on SD Courts website (without luck), I
noticed it says this:
http://www.sdcourt.ca.gov/portal/page?_pageid=55,1641693&...
"In most cases, infraction records are destroyed after three years, misdemeanor traffic records are destroyed after five years and DUI (misdemeanors)
are destroyed after 10 years"
If those records are destroyed, how am i going to meet the SENTRI requirement ,
Anyone here had a similar situation?

Try bringing that paper and telling the truth of incident, disposition etc. Not sure what else you can do. I wasn't required to bring that info
recently after my Ombudsman review. I had to detail past incidents to my best recollection.

Call the Public Defenders office and ask them. Dont boggle their minds with words like sentry. Just tell them you need proof of final disposition for
a job offer!
First beer is on you!
