It is a shame that Mexico does not have great swaths of public land like in the USA. Public lands are great - it allows for natural lands to
persists, and focuses development in narrower areas.
It is a pity that some greedy factions in the USA want to sell off or destroy USA's greatest asset, it's public lands.
Anyhow,
in baja there are many grand pipe dreams being touted as "mega-development coming soon,"... it's just speculators trying to flip lands - there is not
demand for even a small fraction of the developments to ever be developed in our life time.
Perhaps it is time for another revolution to make certain land public, and preserve some beaches and open space for public use, eh? |
