REALLY CUTE HOUSE IN PUNTA BANDA< (Ensenada area)

As many of you know, my sister Rhea passed away back in September of last year. She purchased a house in Punta Banda and was renovating it. I have been handling the renovation since she passed away, and the house is finally finished and is ready for occupancy. The sale price is $89,900.00 USD The view is killer!

This is a house.
The lot is leased at $300.00 per month.
