I was looking at Pam Bolles site, Baja Big Fish Company, and noticed her involvement in Mi Loreto. This looks like the answer to alot of persons
questions on how to get this or that done. Since she is a local and a businesswoman, she has a lot of knowledge on Loreto and, of course, speaks
perfect english. If you are new to Loreto, or want to buy or sell property, or want to know about how to get your FM3 (as well as many other things)
visit her site. You will find Mi Loreto on the sidebar. Or, go directly to Mi Loreto under google. This is not meant to be a plug, recommendation and
I am not in any way connected with Mi Loreto---just an observation that could help someone with something. I, of course, will be happy to answer any
questions you have in general on Loreto to the best of my ability for free...but some things are better left to the professionals---like Pam. A
warning, try to catch her on a good day, when she is a happy camper and not too busy. Running a business, actually several business', raising two
young children, keeping the pangeros in line and on time, and God know what else she does, keeps her hopping all day long. She also posts on this
site as well as running her own site---so she can get a bit surly from time to time.
P.S.

Just wanted to mention one more thing about Pam.....her fish reports. She gives good information out on the fishing. If it is slow or the weather
prevents the pangas from going out---she tells it like it is. She does not inflate her fish count or minimize the weather conditions just to get
customers down. I find her reports to be right on....and she tell you where they were biting and good bait info. Again, not a plug, just the truth
and the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
GREAT SERVICE!!!

her service, as I'm sure the buyer of my lot will also.....

Just about every month between now and the end of June. Saw you going North on my last drive down. Think it was February 17th or 18th. Tried to get
your attention but you kept on going North. I figured either the Federales or some jealous husband was after you. My next trip down will be on March
9th and will return in two to three weeks. Driving again.

Someone told me about this thread and it took me some time in finding it. Have been busy...
Mi Loreto is a new service and I started it with a Canadian partner who unfortunately became overwhelmed with the work. So I found myself in this
alone as of about a week ago. Right now I'm just figuring out where to go from here. The real estate opportunities are incredible here and my being
in tourism for 9 years has provided me with a steady stream of new people to here. So I have decided to continue with it. At this point we're making
some managerial changes and we'll be focusing mainly on property transactions so expect changes soon to www.miloreto.com
As for Baja Big Fish? We're having a good year. Finally the hard work is starting to pay off. Fishing will remain my main interest as its what I
came here to do a long time ago.
For years I've equated having a business to a virus. The virus enters the body, making use of the hosts mechanics to reproduce. It does not kill the
host because if it did it would lose the machinery necessary to prosper. A business is just like this as it too has taken over and uses my body's
machinery to thrive and grow.
No wonder I'm surly at times. I have two pre-schoolers and put out a decent fish report too. Makes me tired just thinking about it.
Thanks for the recognition men!
Hola Pam

Is Mi Loreto similar to Loreto Solutions? I ask the question because Javier helped me with my FM3 application a few years ago. He saved me a lot of
time running around and his fee was reasonable for the time spent.
My wife and I will be down next month (april) to
pay some bills and see how the house is coming along. I will stop by and say hello
sometime after we arrive.
Suarte with your new business, Juan

I took a look at your site Pam. Reads/looks like you have a terrific service offering that will do very well and only get better. Hope it doesn't
wear you out to the point it is not fun anymore.
At some point I would enjoy a conversation with you around raising the kids in Baja. We came "extremely close" to moving to Loreto in 1999 when our
girls where 7 & 8. Tim

Juan. Jesus Garcia I believe was the owner of Loreto Solutions some years ago. Was operating out of Gail Ramarezs motel office on the malecon near
the marina. Jesus moved back to Puebla, but sold it to a Mexican lady who was working with him called Terry. I know of numerous folks who have used
Jesus's services in the past and were very much satisfied with his work. I'm anxious to see how Terry will work out. I've used her on several
occations recently, and have been very pleased with the service. They don't do anything else, but paperwork, and pay bills. They are on the corner
next to McCaws Restaurant on the malecon. They share the office with Su Casa rentals.
Phil is right

After reading your post my memory is a little better. Gail was the one who introduce me to Javier, I understand she is still in business but it has
been some time since I have been in Loreto and don't know for sure.
In any event, it is great to get some information on Javier. My wife and I will be in Loreto next month. Check your U2U and we might be able to get
together for that taco (or adult beverage of choice).
Suarte, Juan

Jesus not Javier

Phil is correct --- his name was Jesus. He was a very nice, trustworthy man. He fell in love with a lady in Constitution and Loreto lost him. He
spoke excellant english as he owned several business' in Texas at one time. Wherever he is now, I know he is doing well and hope he is enjoying good
health.
