We went there on 2/16 and looked at the accommidations.
* One arrangement is an upstairs and down stairs for two couples. One bathroom up stairs.
* The other accommodation is a double bed with bathroom.
* Another is a private room with tub, but when in use it is fed with the 105F water so they said 15 minutes is the longest one should be in such hot
water.
Rooms and tub appear to be clean.
I will leave it up to the reader to get pricing.
Two large pools the one next to the spring is about 3-4' deep and is the hottest and the larger one is built like a swimming pool with a shallow and a
deep end and its temperature is cooler. Pools were very clean.
Now is pre-season so the restaurant was not open. After Easter the restaurant will be open weekends (maybe she said thurs thru Sun?)
The entrance road is drive-able by autos, but there are some pretty big bumps, so slow going is recommended. The road has some pretty steep places.
5.2 miles from Highway 3 with the turn at KM 27. The gate is locked, but the security guy will allow entry. He lives down the first hill. If he does
not see you just honk.David K - 2-17-2018 at 06:34 PM

At the Viva Baja Cactus dinner in 2006 was such a jar. That tequila really had a BITE!
The place has some history from years ago if I remember right. It was during the Baja 1000 in 1987 or 1988 (or maybe the Baja 500) that a woman was
killed in her tent. She was attacked by a man with a knife. While it was not a popular spot back then it became even less popular after that for many
years. I've only been there once and it was back before the murder. I wasn't impressed with it then, not much there as I remember. It's probably
changed hands with the new owners making a go of it.
