Think I will head over to Shut up Frank's to get some corn beef and cabbage.
What is going on in your chunk of Baja?

I saw that Todos Santos Brewing was serving "glitter beer".

3300 miles away, in decidedly Irish-American Cape Cod, my wife and I stayed home, shucked raw oysters and feasted on Atlantic Salmon tacos. Sláinte!

My family is from cape cod.

A buddy and I decided to go fishing a bit north of La Pastora and caught a 34 inch Corvina.
Grilled that sucker right on the beach. Best sea bass I have ever had.
Totally worth missing the corn beef

Corned beef tacos with fried corn tortillas and fresh cabbage is a fine way to eat leftovers!!

Hijack.

Went to East Cape VidaSoul for St. PADDY'S with
David Raitt and the Baja Boogie Band and Real Earth guest Peter Rivera.
Wow. What a show and dance!

The closest I could get to corned beef with what I have on hand was Spam. So I had Spam and cheese tostadas, and toasted with a cold O'Doul's!

I know....I just brought a lot of you down a bit, but sometimes you just gitter done with whatchagot!
