Will be doing this next trip for the first time:
1. Need to get Visa for one traveler, location?
2. Want to get over to Blvd 2000 (201 on Google maps); which is the best way to get to it?
I've crossed going NB a few times, never SB.

The INM office is always in the first building inside Mexico, but I have not stopped at the Otay crossing personally.
Going south from the border crossing you will head east on Blvd. Industrial which is well signed for Tecate and Mexicali (Mex Hwy. 2-D). This is one
mile south of the border. There are other roads signed as well, before reaching Industrial.
On Blvd. Industrial (the route of Mex. 2-D) it is 4 miles east to the Corredor 2000 (BC #201) highway south. It is also signed for Popotla and
Rosarito, or was.
The first toll gate for Tecate/ Mexicali is just past the Corredor 2000 exit, so don't miss the well-signed exit. A bighorn sheep statue is at this
junction as well.
