Blanca a question about cheese for you or anyone on Nomad. Many years ago we helped a Padre in La Purisima named Luis Ruggera. He was from northern
Italy. He made a trip back home and when he returned he had brought with him some white cheese. It was in a brick form. It was somewhat hard, I think
it crumbled when cut. The taste was on the salty side with a somewhat strong cheese flavor as I would describe it. It tasted really good. I think it
was made from goat milk. If I wanted to purchase something similar as I described what would I look for. I seldom see any cheese made from goat milk
around here.
