Pampas Brazilian restaurant in Ensenada

BajaBlanca - 6-14-2018 at 02:20 PM

When I was coming back to La Bocana from San Diego a few weeks ago, I had to stay overnight and decided to go to Pampas steakhouse.

It was so delicious!! The trick is to not overdo it on the many salads but to wait and be choosy on the cuts of meat you want. The waiters soon figured me out and asked which cuts I was interested in...and kept me very happy after that!

Dinner (all you can eat salad and meat) and one margarita came to $400 pesos! Such a great deal and women pay less than men.

I took the photos as soon as I got to the restaurant since I knew I would be busy eating....only afterwards did I notice a sign that asked one NOT to take photos of the salad bar. Ooooooooooooops

Next time you are in Ensenada, try Seki Sushi on Avenida de Las Palmas, just west of Pedro Loyola

Hola Blanca,

sounds like the same setup as the brazilian restaurant here in los angeles. as it's a buffet ( which we didn't know ) make sure you go HUNGRY !

the one we went to, i wasn't all that hungry and when we finished, i asked for a box to take home what little i had left and they said NO DOGGY BAGS . my bad as it's a buffet !

the food was good but some of the meats were on the chewy side.

BIEN SALUD, DA RAT

They probably got tired of people picking up the salads and doing their head tilt, mouth wide open selfie face!

I am not sure why they don't want people taking photos. It only makes your mouth water, and makes you want to go there.

My meat was juicy and tender. Took me right back to churrasco's (family bbq's) we used to have every weekend.

The thing with sushi is that it is made right here in La Bocana - they have a Mexican twist and are REALLY inexpensive and tasty. Kind of spoils eating it anywhere else!
