In front of the La Jolla Condominiums highrise, Lunch is free for them.

Side note: Paul Winchell of Winchell's Doughnuts started the custom of giving the police free doughnuts and coffee. He never had a problem with

I was a banquet manager at the hotel while in college, and coordinated one of the early SCORE Baja 1000 awards ceremonies.
