When I am in Punta Chivato, the carrier on my AT&T changes constantly. TelCel, Movistar, some new ones I have never heard of... is it possible to

Download speedtest. select the courier with the best signal and use speedtest to see how much pipe they are giving you. While traveling, leave it on
automatic.

My iPhone 7 doesn't have the carrier option - maybe locked because it is an ATT phone? We are hopefully getting WiFi soon and that should alleviate

I thought their internet was already a WiFi, in absence of a regular cable. Signal relayed through the set of repeater towers from Sta Rosalia or

Ya I have no idea how it works, I just know a lot of neighbors have internet (which I call WiFi...). And pretty reasonable too. Something around
$140 for equipment and $25 a month.
