That's cool Chuckie. I raced D37 JN Roberts days. Also Moto cross with Steve Mgeen He was on a Cheny Triumph
500. I was on a factory Rickman Triumph 650 moto crosser. Lucky I survived those days still ride every week.basautter - 7-2-2018 at 05:39 AM

I rode a Triumph Bonneville from Gonzaga to San Felipe that was set up for dirt riding in the early 70's. It had "Buck Smith Forks", Buck would
modify factory Triumph fork legs. The difference his mods made were amazing. We went to his house in Tujunga to pick them up. He wasn't a tall guy
and he had a double layer of foam on the seat of his dessert racing bike that made so he ride in a sit/standing position.chuckie - 7-13-2018 at 04:24 PM
I idolized Buck Smith....Best advice he ever gave me "Keep the Black side down, you cant win if you don't finish"
