Only a couple of years ago, for the second time, I went down to Nicaragua. Felt safe all day, and at night.
As I sit in TJ wanting a ticket for some place safe, I click Nicaragua. Something went wrong?
Problems?
Last time I took bus rides to the next town each day, all the way to Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua. Nothing happened.
Safer than Seattle, San Diego, safer than Tj.
Now what?

Another try for some information.
Until the other day I had no idea about any unrest in Nicaragua.
Any reason not to go to the mountains of Nicaragua?
