I don't remember what I had but I suspect shrimp even though it's not on the menu. I do remember eating tacos near the pier. There were several old
army tents and taco stands in a field next to the pier. The tacos were cooked in an improvised "wok" made by beating down the top of a fifty-five
gallon barrel. They cut an opening in the side barrel and cooked with wood. My parents chartered out of Gordo's Landing. |
