Did a whale shark trip yesterday here in La Paz. Fortunately there wasn't much wind so trip was more enjoyable. I found photographing whale sharks
was more difficult than gray whales since they don't surface as gray whales. Out of over 80 photos these were the only good ones-but at least I have
these.

You need a camera with a good zoom. I have a Canon Powershot bridge camera. It takes great closeup photos and not expensive $250.
